Made from color changing mermaid flip sequins that change from matte ivory to sparkly rose gold champagne as you move your hands over the fabric. Due to this unique feature, you can draw designs and patterns on the outside of the cape, and change the color according to your mood.

I got the champagne colored waist length cape and I am so happy with this purchase. I can't even begin to describe how gorgeous this cape is! I'm really short and it was tailored to fit me perfectly.
