⬖ Balam is the Mayan word used for jaguar, and also means “priest” and “sorcerer.” As the largest predator in South America, jaguars were used to symbolize power by Mayan rulers, and Mayan shamans frequently chose them as the object of their transformations.

My fourth order and they are the best. Caring and kind give updates on order. They are all hand made so they tell you where you order is at during the making process and are spot on within everything that follows.
I also was able to speak to the master craft makers and when they return from a well needed sabbatical they are making a custom piece for me.

Jacket arrived a day early wooohoo. I’m a big guy 6’1’’ around 225-230lbs and this fits literally perfectly. Across my shoulders back and chest and arms are not too tight not too loose. I live in Florida and this is definitely going to be my new beach jacket. Work of art. Feel like I’m in Dune the new one they have desert jacket very similar. Love it love it. Thanks so much.
