Amazing

So in love with this jacket! This is now my fave Superwoman doing boss bitch things outfit. I've worn it out several times and always get a ton of compliments. The fabric is really unique and very comfortable against the skin and the long hooded scarf really adds a mysterious look. It took a while to get to me, but the seller was very communicative and let me know that there would be a delay since there was a shipping issue with their fabric. It was defintely well worth the wait. Looking forward to buying more from this brand.

I am not too impressed

For the price I would have expected better craftsmanship.
The item was delayed due to the seamstress not picking up the fabric at the post office for days. The owner of the business appears to not be involved in the customers final product.
My friend ordered the same item several days after I ordered mine.
Clearly there was no order prioritization in terms of orders placed.
The item was fulfilled on a convenience (we both received our items at the same time) aspect according to your production flow.
I own my own business and I take pride in my product quality and timely fulfillment.
Not sure if I would order from you again.
I don’t like the item as much as I thought I would.
Just an honest opinion from a fair customer.

Hi Patricia, we apologize about the delay which was due to a shipping issue outside of our control. The post office did not leave a package slip, and it took a while for us to be able to get a release on the fabric shipment for this jacket style. Because of this all of the outstanding jacket orders were delayed and were started at the same time once the fabric was received. Hence why your friend received hers at the same time. We are actively involved in designing the clothing but obviously cannot sew everything ourselves given the scale of our company. The sewing for made to order garments is done by women we hire to help with production.
